МЕТОДЫ ИССЛЕДОВАНИЯ СООБЩЕСТВ ПОЧВЕННЫХ НЕМАТОД

Аннотация. Обзор посвящен описанию общепринятых и наиболее часто используемых в современных экологических работах методов исследования почвенных нематод. Рассматриваются методы отбора проб, экстракции, фиксации, изготовления микропрепаратов для морфологической идентификации, методы фиксации нематод для нужд изотопного анализа и молекулярно-биологических работ. Кратко представлена проблема проведения метабаркодинга сообществ нематод. Наряду с методиками пробоподготовки рассматриваются основы экологической классификации нематод и подходы к анализу данных о составе и численности их сообществ. Приводятся описание и принципы расчета эколого-популяционных индексов сообществ нематод, позволяющих получить представление о степени нарушенности местообитаний, состоянии почвенной пищевой сети и преобладающих путях разложения органики. Разобраны некоторые проблемы и ограничения использования таких индексов.

METHODS FOR STUDYING SOIL NEMATODE COMMUNITIES

Abstract. The review contains the generally accepted and most frequently used methods for studying soil nematodes communities in recent ecological studies. The methods of sampling, extraction, fixation, microslide mounting for morphological identification, methods of fixation of nematodes for the needs of isotopic analysis and molecular biological work are considered. The problems of metabarcoding of nematode communities are briefly discussed. Along with sample preparation methods, the ecological classification of nematodes and approaches to the analysis of data on the composition and abundance of their communities are considered. A description and principles for calculating the ecological indices of nematode communities are given, which allow us to get information about the degree of habitat disturbance, the state of the soil food web, and the predominant pathways of organic matter decomposition. Some problems and limitations of using such indices are considered.
